With the new agency they offer integrated services in media investment, performance marketing and e-commerce. Both agencies have been working under the Candid umbrella for more than four years.

M2Media recognizes the importance of sustainability for future proofing its business, retaining talent, attracting new clients, and fulfilling its social responsibility towards society. With a willingness to kick off sustainability, M2Media has set up a Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Further on, M2Media was challenged by the complexity of sustainability and the difficulty of creating a focus. Therefore, Good Growth Collective stepped in to help M2Media develop a 2 year basic sustainability strategy.

Setting up sustainability basics

A well known sustainability analysis was conducted for M2Media: the materiality assessment. A wide range of topics related to people, the planet, and profit was explored. The importance of all topics to stakeholders, guidelines, trends, and business goals was analyzed. 

The analysis together with the consultations with the management revealed sustainability priorities. Based on these priorities, a 2-year sustainability strategy was developed. This strategy allows M2Media to set up its sustainability basics in the implementation phase and build on them to further improve sustainability performance.
