We introduce you to the GGC way of working and you participate in our ESG Bootcamp before you start your first project.
Client work
You work on ESG projects at the client’s site. You take initiative to discuss project delivery with our senior experts and participate in our community activities.
Personal good growth
We provide the time, tools and community for you to take the lead in your learning journey as a young professional. Reflect on client feedback, build skills, deepen your ESG understanding and get inspired at social events to grow your professional network.

ESG bootcamp
We believe the best way to learn is by doing.
But before you can start working on a project for our client, all young professionals at Good Growth Collective participate in our ESG bootcamp and collective learning activities to gain the necessary skills for your project, and your future.
To offer you the best experience, we have designed this bootcamp based on our 25+ years sustainability consulting experience and teaching at the Amsterdam Business School.
